Wills & Power of Attorney(s)
Has it been a while since you did your Wills and Power of Attorney(s)? When you did so, you took an enormous step towards administering your estate and minimizing any problems that might occur upon your disability or death.
Your Will(s) and Power of Attorney(s) were crafted to your circumstances at the time you signed and unless you had the misfortune to need to use your Will(s) or Power of Attorney(s) in the few weeks or months that followed, you know it is more than likely your Personal and Financial circumstances have changed. You also know that you should review your Will(s) and Power of Attorney(s) every five (5) years or whenever there is a change in your personal or financial situation.
What you probably did not know is that you can make an appointment with our office every two (2) years to review your circumstances and to review your Will(s) and Power of Attorney(s) at no cost, even if you did not get them done at our office. We will review any changes in your circumstances, review with you any changes in the law that may affect your present Will(s) and Power of Attorney(s) and recommend a course of action accordingly. Absolutely free of any costs to you. Should you require or request any changes in your Will(s) or Power of Attorney(s), our normal fees will apply.
